Nexxus Capital, S.C. is a Private Equity firm located in Mexico City, Mexico. Nexxus was founded in 1995 and invests in high growth family owned companies that require expansion capital. The criteria and vision developed from over eleven years of experience working together as private equity funds managers, has positioned Nexxus as the leading privately owned private equity firm in Mexico. Since the beginning of our activities as private equity managers, we have managed investments of more than US $340 Million.

Today, Nexxus Capital manages three private equity funds. The strategy of all three funds is to invest in medium size companies that cater to the growing middle class in Mexico with high growth potential.

Nexxus takes a hands on approach to our investments and has an extensive network of business and government relationships that enable Nexxus to create value for their portfolio companies.

In addition to providing capital, Nexxus provides portfolio companies with experienced, on the ground management expertise. We invest the necessary time with senior management to help develop their business and grow them to the next level. Nexxus also spends the necessary time with second and third level management to help improve the overall operations of the Company.
