Nexxus Iberia Fund seeks to invest in small to medium size companies in Spain. The fund will make individual investments of equity through flexible majority and minority financing solutions.
Nexxus Iberia focuses on finding the right managment and strategies to fuel the growth of the underlying business, rather than burdening portfolio companies with high levels of debt.
Our differentiated flexible investment approach allows for both minority and majority positions to best fit the investment opportunity without sacrificing influence, focusing on liquidity, by implementing operational efficiencies and supporting companies in the international expansion process.
The team is formed by professionals with deep equity experience in several sectors, across multiple European markets and through different market cycles.
Invest in medium-sized Spanish companies (90%), as well as other western European countries, that have high growth potential and a profile for international expansion, investing both through majority and minority positions in highly scalable platforms.
Take a proactive role in advising sponsored companies to enhance and accelerate their business plans, improve their capital structures, leverage from the complete infrastructure in Mexico to support their international expansion process, and implement international standards of corporate governance and best practices.
Mainly consumer related industries with scalable businesses in fragmented industries where value levers could be applied such as platform deals, sectors with technology disruption, high entry barriers, avoid CAPEX intensive companies, among others.
